Helpers: How do I edit/modify a helper’s access level in Charms

A helpers access level can be edited/modified by the Head Director, Assistant, or All Access user

  1. Using the Navigation Penal, select Helpers

  2. Find your helper and select  

    EditPencil.PNG


  3. Expand the Grant Access to the Following Options section and check or clear the applicable options.

  4. Click 

    modifyhelper.png


NOTE: If you are going to grant All Access or Assistant level access, you do not have to select any other permission levels. 

  • Assistant should ONLY BE USED BY SCHOOLS IN TEXAS THAT ENTER UIL. Assistants have all access as well as the ability to enter UIL.
