Alumni: Manually Adding an Individual Alumni
This article walks you through adding one student alumni at a time. If you would like to add multiple students, see Import Alumni.
Manually Add an Alumni:
- On the Main Sections menu, click Home, then select Alumni
- At the top right side of the screen, select the green box with the plus sign to add a new student to alumni.
- A box will appear, allowing you to fill in the contact information for the new student alumni. Select the green “add alumni” button located at the bottom right side to save.
NOTE: Please note, when you check “Include in Group Email” next to an alumni email address, you are confirming that you would like the email address to receive Charms email messages.
