Alumni: Prepare Student Alumni Labels

Use labels for items such as mailings, reference, storage, etc. In preparing your student labels follow the directions below in order to print or download your labels file.


Creating Labels for Alumni:

  1. On the Main Sections menu, navigate to Home > Alumni > Alumni Labels.
  2. Ensure your page header says Prepare Alumni Labels.
  3. Select filter options.
    • If not expanded, click Select Filter Options to see the section.
    • Make your filter selections
    • To select multiple options, hold your Ctrl key as you click each option. Do the same to remove any selections.
    • If you want labels for all alumni, do not select any filters.
  4. Click Select Label Options.
  5. Select your label type from the Select label Type list.
  6. Select a font for your label.
  7. For Start on Label, select a number.
    • NOTE: Labels are numbered from left to right starting at the top left corner. This is a great option for label sheets that are partially used. For example, if the first 10 labels were already used, enter 11 for the Start on Label.
  8. Select fields to print.
    1. Click Select Fields to Print.
    2. Select the field you want displayed on each line of the label.
    3. If you have a preference for the order they display, select an option for the Order Labels By.
    4. To print the labels, click

      . Your labels open in a new window and you can print them.

    5. To download the labels and use as a mail merge file in MS Word, click
