Profile: Copy student information to adult profile

Did you know Charms can save you time when you are adding adults to a student's profile? 

When adding an adult to a student's profile in Charms, by selecting the "Copy Fields From Student" button, the last name, address, and home phone number from the student profile will be transferred to the adult profile.  This saves time by not having to enter the information multiple times. 

1. From the left-hand navigation, select Student > View/Modify and then search for the student you want to add adults too.

2. Click the + Add button in the Adult module.  

   

   
   

3. A new screen will open allowing you to add an adult to that student profile. Select the “Relation” and First Name. Then click the “Copy Fields From Student” button.  

   

   
   
4. Once you click the “Copy Fields From Student” button, the last name, address, and home phone number from the student's profile will autofill for the adult provided this information is filled in for the student.

5. Click the “Save Adult” button and you are all done.
