Link Multiple Students

Charms offers a feature that will allow a parent to login one time to see multiple Charms accounts.  Here are the directions to share with parents on how to use this feature.

1. Visit www.CharmsOffice.com and select the "Enter" option on the right side of the screen

NOTE:  FOR SECURITY AND PRIVACY, THE STUDENT YOU WISH TO LINK TO MUST HAVE ALREADY SET A PASSWORD. EACH STUDENT WILL NEED A DIFFERENT PASSWORD. THEY CANNOT BE THE SAME.

2. You will login using the student/parent login area
3. Enter the school code
4. Set the first student's password if you have not done so already (Each student will need a different password. They cannot be the same.)
5. Login to the next students Charms account
6. Set the next student's password if you have not done so already (Each student will need a different password. They cannot be the same.)

7. Select the "Multiple Students" button

   

8. Follow the prompts on the screen

   
   

   If you happen to forget the password in the future, the passwords will need to be reset and these steps will need to be repeated.
