Resetting a Student's Password Through Parent/Student Portal

Students have the ability to reset their own password as long as they are able to enter the parent/student portal with the school code and their student information is entered into their profile. The students will need to have the following information on their Charms 2 profile in order to be able to perform this.

Information Required:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Student Email Address or Cell Phone Number

Steps to Reset Password Through Parent Portal

  1. Navigate to charmsoffice.com
  2. Select Login from the top-right
  3. Select Parents/Students/Members
  4. Enter the School Code
  5. Click Enter Parent area
  6. If the student enters the incorrect password or doesn’t enter a password at all they can click the "Forgot Login and/or Password" link

  7. The parent/student will be prompted to enter their first name, last name, and email address or cell phone number if they have one

  8. Click Reset Password
  9. Student clicks the URL and will be prompted to reset their password
NOTE: If Charms finds a match, a tokenized secure URL will be emailed or texted to the Student
NOTE: If Charms is unable to find a match, the student will be instructed to contact their teacher who can reset their password.
