Email: Use group email draft to send an email
Prerequisite: a group email draft exists and you must have permissions to modify and send the group email. For instructions on creating a group email draft, see Create a group email draft.
- On the Main Sections menu, click Communicate, and then click Group Email.
- At the top of the Group Email page, under No Draft/Project Selected, click Open/Delete.
On the Email Drafts page, find the draft you want to send and click

NOTE: The email draft loads. If you want to change the email recipients, you can click the
Options tab and create a new filter. Otherwise, Charms loads the draft with the addresses that were saved when the draft was created.
- Click the Compose tab and update any of the applicable information.
