Phone: Create a phone message

You can create and send a phone message using Charms phone messaging functionality. After a message is created, you select the recipients, and schedule when the message should go out. If you want to send a message immediately, you have the option to Dial Now. 

1. On the Main Sections menu, click Communicate, click Phone Messaging, and then click Create Message.

TIP: You can also create a phone message by clicking Create at the top of the phone messaging page.  Main Sections > Communicate > Phone Messaging:  

2. On the Phone Message List page, click

3. Enter the phone number of the phone you are recording the message from.
4. Give the recording a name.

5. Click 

   

   . When you answer, there is a message providing instructions for your recording.

6. Listen to the instructions. Speak your message and hang up when finished.
7. Refresh your screen in Charms.

Your recorded message displays in Messages Saved table. To listen to it, in the Listen column, click the play arrow. To download it, click
