Inventory reports
Charms has several reports to assist you in managing your inventory and inventory assignments.
- To access uniform reports, on the Main Sections menu, click Inventory, and then click Reports.
There are 4 categories for inventory reports:
Inventory Reports
| Report Name | Description |
| Inventory Report by Category | Lists, by category, all inventory items. |
| Inventory by District/ID Number | Lists, by District/ID Number, all inventory items. |
| Student Assignment Report | Lists, by student, all the inventory items assigned to students. |
| All Student Assignment Contracts | Combines all the student assignment contracts into one file that you can print. |
| Student Assignment Report (Part List Order) | Lists all inventory items assigned to students, ordered by the instrument used for the Student's part 1 assignment. |
| Students With No Inventory Assignment | Lists all students who are not assigned inventory items. |
| Unassigned Inventory | Lists all inventory that is not assigned to students. |
| Inventory Barcodes | Creates report of barcode labels used for assigning or returning inventory items. |
| Loaned Inventory Report | Lists all inventory that is loaned out to other Charms accounts. |
| Transferred Inventory Report | Lists all inventory items that are transferred in and out of your account. |
| Depreciable Inventory Report | Shows depreciation information for inventory. For this report to be useful, you need to have Date Purchased, Year Purchased, Quality, and Amount Paid fields filled in for the inventory item. When all those fields are entered, Charms uses the Conn-Selmer depreciation schedules to display a current depreciation value, along with the time schedule used for the calculation. |
Repair Reports

| Repair Log | Lists, by category, repair history for inventory items. |
| Repair Log By Priority | Lists, by priority level, repair history for inventory items. |
Assignment History
| Report Name | Description |
| History by Category-Description | Lists, by category, historical assignment information for inventory items. |
| History by Student | Lists, by student, historical assignment information for inventory items. |
Search
| Report Name | Description |
| Search Inventory | Enables you to create an inventory report, for inventory items you want, using criteria selected under the Report Options filter. |
