Statements: Balance due reports

The balance due reports show you balances and net balances for each of your student's ledgers: trip, fixed payments, fundraising, miscellaneous, and store. These reports give you insight into any negative or positive balances in each of the student ledgers, and are helpful when preparing for end of year processing.

There are three balance due reports:

  • Balances Due: Shows the balance summary for each of the students' ledgers.
  • Balances Due - Expanded: Breaks out the costs, amounts paid, and the balance for each of the students' ledgers.
  • Balances Due - Totals Only: Shows the students' total balance for all of their ledgers.
NOTE: If a student owes money, that amount is displayed in red and as a negative number.
