Update Helper Email Address
A helper's email address is not updated by the Head Director or any helper on the Charms account. It is updated by the actual helper via their Charms account.
- Log-In to Charms
In the top right corner, click the Helper's Name, and then select Update Profile.
On the Update Profile page, you can update any of the profile information, including the email address.
When finished, click the green "Update Profile" button to save changes
