Back to School Checklist

Charms recommends you do the following items before you start your school year. 

Are You Working In The Current School Year

• Ensure you are working in the current school year

  • On left side of the screen select END OF YEAR

    At the top of the page you will see the current school year and the name of your organization. 

    

    • If you are in the current school year DO NOTHING MORE with end of year and enjoy your school year
    • If you are not in the current school year, PROCESS END OF YEAR

Communication

• Set a cadence of how often you will send EMAILS and TEXT MESSAGES. 
  • Be careful not to over communicate or students/parents will not read your messages

Calendar

• Add all events, rehersals, games, etc to the calendar for the school year
  • This will allow students/parents to see upcoming events

Recording Studio

• Create RECORDING STUDIO assignments to allow students to practice and upload their recordings for your feedback

Documents Area

• UPLOAD ALL DOCUMENTS the students/parents will need for the year

Use eSign and Collect Forms

• Charms does not only offer COLLECT FORMS but eSIGNATURE

Helpers

• Verify that your HELPERS have up-do date access levels, email addresses, and phone numbers
