Alumni: Introduction to Alumni's Section

The Alumni section is a designated space used to store student contact information for students from previous school years who have already graduated from the school.


The following information below can be saved for Alumni's:

  • Full Name
  • Student ID
  • Inst/Part
  • Graduation Year
  • Student Address
  • Phone Numbers
  • Emails
  • Notes

NOTE: If “Copy Graduating Students to Alumni” was selected during the end of year closeout, your graduated students will appear under alumni automatically.
