Student resetting their password

Students and adults can reset, or change their password themselves on the public portal. We encourage you to educate them on how to do this. 

Reset a password from the public portal

If the student or adult does not remember their password, they can follow these instructions to reset their password.

  1. Go to Charmsoffice.com and click the Login button

  2. Enter your school code in the box on the Parent/Students/Members log in screen and click "Enter Parent Area". The school code is provided by your teacher.


  1. Click the "Forgot Login and/or password under the Student Area Password


  2. Fill in the name, address, and cell phone information and then click Find my Password. 
TIP: The information entered here needs to match the information we have in Charms.

A reset link is emailed to the email address provided.

Change a password from the public portal

If the student or adult knows their password but wants to change it, have them follow the same directions listed above.
