Student Log-In To Charms

FIRST TIME LOGGING INTO CHARMS

  1. Create a password
    1. When a student is added to Charms they will be emailed a password reset link to create a password to log in with the first time.
      1. Password requirements: Must be 8-30 characters long, ONLY contain numbers, letters and at least one capital letter. It cannot contain any special characters such as puncTutation marks, spaces or symbols.
      2. Please note, you and your student will share the same password to log into the Student/Parent/Member portal.
    2. The password reset link will come from the following email address: CharmsEmailSender@charmsmusic.com
      1. Please note, the password reset ink is active for a 24-hour period of time. If the link expires, you will receive the following message and will need the teacher to send you a new link.

      2. You can either click on the link or copy/paste it into your browser to create your password.



PARENTS/STUDENTS/MEMBERS LOG-IN TO CHARMS

  1. Using ANY INTERNET BROWSER go to CharmsOffice.com
  2. Select the LOG-IN option         

  3. Select PARENTS/STUDENTS/MEMBER tab




  4. Enter your SCHOOL CODE that was provided by your teacher and select the ENTER PARENT AREA button.



  5. Enter STUDENT AREA PASSWORD and select the ENTER button. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Login and/or Password link and a new URL to change your password will be emailed to you.                               

  1. You are now logged into the Parent/Student/Member portal.
